Training Sessions

In addition to the mandatory training, Bestari Guard Force’s security force is facilitated with competency-based specialist training programmes, as part of the company’s ongoing exercises to upgrade the skills and competencies of our security personnel.

Outdoor Training
This includes fire drills, fire safety procedures, monthly drills and other trainings.

Indoor Training
Theory lessons on safety issues and ethics are given to our guards and we highly recommend them to do further reading in our library.
